At Home Group removes obstacles to employment thus offering a permanent solution to homelessness.

The focus of our support is workers who are homeless or precariously housed. All of the programs help displaced workers and those getting jobs for the first time with the uniforms, tools, or bus fare they need to be able to accept employment. Daily, homeless people are offered jobs but have to turn them down because of the lack of funds to buy a bus card, uniform or tools. A simple thing, like receiving a bus card so they can get to work, can change someone's life forever and in extension the lives of everyone in their family. All items are purchased for the clients; no one receives cash.

Five programs are offered to adults (18+) who are homeless or precariously housed. All programs require submission of an application and a meeting with a staff person to determine eligibility for assistance. The application can be completed on this Internet site by clicking on Apply for Assistance and it will be emailed to At Home Group. Names of references must be given on the application. Once the paper work is received an appointment is scheduled.

At Home Group Programs

Wes Revely Wes Revely Tools For the Job: This program is dedicated to Wes Revely. Wes is remembered by his friends for his great spirit and caring nature. He loved life, everything from racing motorcycles to mentoring youth. To keep his spirit alive, his friends have set up the Wes Revely Tools For the Trade Program. Just as Wes directly gave of himself to help others, this fund provides tools directly to individuals who are homeless or precariously housed so they can go back to work. It is a permanent solution to homelessness, allowing each person to be self-sufficient and able to purchase or rent their own home. At Home Group is honored to pay tribute to Wes in this way. To learn more about Wes please go to this link.
