Helping adults who are homeless and precariously housed lead quality, self-directed lives.

At Home Group supports Minnesota adults who are homeless or precariously housed in their pursuit of finding a job, keeping the job they already have, or getting a better-paying job. We do this through offering assistance grants for employment-related expenses such as work equipment, transportation and job training costs. In some situations, a simple entrepreneurial idea will provide sufficient income, and in these cases, we will provide a small business start-up grant.

Our focus is on helping these individuals improve their lives through good, living-wage employment that supports a stable lifestyle. Our partnering organizations provide job placement and readiness services, but a simple expense can prevent a job seeker from getting to the job or performing it, or selling their services. That is where we can help.
